Bring the user to the forefront of a project driven by regulatory affairs.

When a project is driven be a governing body like the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), it is easy for a business and project team to forget the users that the initiative is impacting. How might we bring the user back to the centre of the conversation?

Redesigning and reducing friction to making super withdrawals online.

In the superannuation space, financial advisers and customers need to be able to access their funds (when they meet the given criteria) easily as this is their right by law. This function already existed on a legacy system however to be accessible to the customers, it needed to be replatformed.
